The Festival Song | How to Reveal the Da Kikii Shrine | Zora’s Domain Shrine Quests

Welcome everyone to this new guide, where I’ll show you how to trigger and complete the shrine quest The Festival Song in Zora’s Domain. At the end of the article you’ll find the full video from my channel, in case you still have questions.

The Festival Song

First, head to Zora’s Domain, right in the center of the village. In front of the statue you’ll find two young Zora, one of them named Lairta. Talk to him – he’ll want to sing you a song, listen to it. He’ll tell you about the origins of the song and its festival, and also mention that a certain Molden hasn’t finished the preparations yet. Once the conversation ends, the quest The Festival Song will be triggered.

The song, which will help you reveal the shrine, goes like this:

The scale of light descends from the sky! At the foot of the Veiled Falls! A light shines and a trial appears.

Keep these words in mind and go look for Molden, who might have something to tell you.

Molden can be found on this bridge, west of Zora’s Domain

Talk to him, and he’ll tell you he lost the ceremonial trident off the bridge. The trident is the key to solving the riddle, so you’ll need to recover it. Glide down below the bridge, and use the Sheikah Slate’s Magnesis power to locate it.

The Ceremonial Trident

Unfortunately the water is very deep, so you’ll need to create a few blocks of ice to get close enough to pick it up.

Once you have the Ceremonial Trident in hand, all that’s left is to use it to reveal the shrine.

Head to the Veiled Falls and climb up the waterfall, then glide slowly toward the pedestal while holding the trident you just picked up. Once you’re sure you’ve got a good aim, press Y to throw yourself at the pedestal and plant the trident in it. At this point the Da Kikii Shrine will rise from the ground in front of you, and you can collect your reward.
